Treatment modalities
You are the expert on yourself! We are here to help you or your loved one navigate obstacles in order to live an authentic, meaningful life. We do not believe therapy is a “one size fits all” method. We have an individualized approach to treatment to best support you. We primarily practice through the lens of:
Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT)
We also find therapeutic value in the presence and mindfulness the outdoors and nature have to offer mental health. Luckily we live in Colorado!
